1870 H. Adamally & Co. was established as a trading post in the British colony of Aden.
1967 The trading post developed into a large full fledged trading-supply house.
1970 Following the departure of the British Government, the management of the company was taken over by the government of South Yemen and exists up to this day in Crater, Aden.
1971 The directors, Mr. Hatim and Mr. Siraj relocated to Dubai in 1970 under the trade name of Adamallys.
1977 The company was registered as a partnership firm with Dubai Municipality and comprised of 9 employees.
1979 Mr. Nazir joined the firm as a partner.
1994 The company was converted to Limited Liability and Capital raised to Aed 3,000,000.
2002 Received ISO 9001 DNV Management System Certification
2008 Employees and volume of business increased 16 fold since 1977
